Upload to dStorage provider when creating an asset

Users want the ability to upload to a dStorage provider when they create an asset, and not have to make multiple requests to create/upload the asset, and then upload to dStorage in another API call when the upload is successful.

We should combine this with moving the IPFS push from the API layer and into Catalyst. I believe a lot of the groundwork should already be in place.

Chase Adams do you think this should be implemented at the SDK level or in the API?

why not just wrap 2 calls in 1, in the SDK?

Hunter Hillman: other users will want this functionality who don't use the SDK, and doing it on the API side is less error-prone

Chase Adams: makes sense, I'm on board with that approach. I've pushed into Linear and am marking this as planned. My perspective is that this is a no-brainer devX improvement
