Nick: Hey Nick - apologies for radio silence. We were targeting EOM and then hit a few last-minute stability issues. We should have docs ready for the base thumbnailing workflow by early next week, with a couple of fast follows for a few additional filetypes + specific VOD workflows (e.g., specifying a certain timestamp to pull the thumbnail).
