Upvote based on a conversation with Track Tennis - the current long time-to-availability is a blocker for them. They would like for the recording to become available immediately after the event.

Hunter Hillman: It will not impact time-to-availability. It will reduce the amount of lost sections from recordings of a livestream and hopefully reduce processing errors as well (just by ignoring empty sessions)
