Get thumbnails with transcoding API

Would be great to optionally set an option when using the transcoding API to also generate thumbnails. If possible, it'd be nice to specify the storage location (like with the video) for the thumbnails.

This is a great callout and a clear gap. Can you share how you'd like to generate these thumbnails? are you looking to specify a timestamp, or get a vtt file with many thumbnails (e.g. for scrubbing)?
