Add OG tags to lvpr.tv

Currently, when I embed a lvpr.tv link into social media, it just shows up as a link. I want it to look like a video card.

Hunter Hillman: Depends on how we approach it - we only get the playback ID on lvpr.tv, so if we want to pull the video title, we would need to make changes to the playback info endpoint. Also, we would need reliable thumbnail generation for the OG image.
If we want a generic response with a generic title + generic image, sure, we can add that easily.

hmm... yeah good points from Chase Adams. For me, the goal here is to have better sharing experience inside other apps (Twitter, BlueSky, Warpcast, Lenster, etc). But that needs contextual info like title and thumbnail.
For now, can we use the video name as title, and a generic cover image like this one (https://www.keytechinc.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/video-thumbnail.jpg)?

Eric Tang: Yeah absolutely, that's an easy fix. I'd love to add thumbnail too but that's obviously more complex
